Gift codes are electronic. This means we will email you a unique code for the gift recipient to use at check out. Contact us to leave phone number and we will call you to create your special Gift Code for recipient to use at checkout. Contact Us with "GIFT CODE..." in subject line and type contact phone number in message. Thank you! Contact Us

Exchange/Returns

Petstickers.shop has a no exchange or return policy due to the custom nature of our products. However, if a defective or incorrect product is sent to a customer, a new one will be reprinted and shipped out immediately.  Refund PolicyRefunds will only be permitted before the product has been printed. If for any reason the customer is not happy with the experience or with the graphic design, before it is sent to printing, a full refund may be permitted. However, once a purchase has been made, there is a 10-business day window for communication for refunds. If no response is given within 10 business days, refunds will no longer be permitted.

If there is an issue with your order, contact us and provide a photograph that indicates a problem. We will reproduce any defective items after verifying the issue.

Since every order is 100% custom, we do not allow returns for reasons unrelated to quality. For example, we cannot refund or reproduce your order if you decide you ordered the wrong size, do not want it, or prefer a different product.

The most important features of our returns & refunds policies are:

  • We must be contacted within 72 hours from delivery of any defects.

  • We require you submit a photograph that clearly shows the problem.

  • We may request that you return 100% of a defective order before we reproduce your order.

  • We will pay for shipping and provide a shipping label if a return is required.

  • We will reproduce or refund your order within 7 days if we verify that we made an error.

  • When reproducing an order, the original production time and shipping method will be used.

  • All sales are final.
